An update from me, plus some free goodies for you.
It’s been a very busy few months for me, which is why I have been a little distant from blogging and social media. But I wanted to give you a bit of an update.
I have been keeping myself busy with my gorgeous boy Ash (who is nearly 1 – can you believe how quickly that time has flown?!). Yesterday he took his first steps, I was so excited and he was very proud of himself. I know I’m a little biased but I think he is one of the cutest babies I’ve ever seen, and I’m so blessed that he is happy and healthy.
Clinic News
I have been seeing patients at Health Dimensions in Windsor on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and as of next friday I will be seeing patients at Dural. The lovely Laura Yen from Burton Health has left on her maternity leave, so I will be taking care of her patients until her return, as well as anyone else that wants to see me there.
What else have I been doing?
I also have been teaching nutrition at Endeavour College for the last few months as well, which has been a great experience but has consumed a lot of my mine (when I’m not basking in the delights of motherhood), hence the lack of podcast releases and blog posts recently. Holidays are coming up soon so you can expect to hear a bit more from me then.
In other news, I am excited to share that I will be a guest speaker at the Wise Women Australia gathering in January, speaking on ‘Motherhood – Herbs for preconception, pregnancy and beyond.’
Some free goodies for you:
A few months ago I contributed to a little project on CASA DE KARMA, an A-Z guide of natural remedies, using naturopathy, traditional Chinese herbs, natural medicine and nutritional healing principles for a huge range of common health problems.
Besides myself, you also get the wisdom of these health experts: Carla Brion Traditional Chinese Medicine, Melanie Eager – Eager For Life and Ashima Living
You can get your copy here: http://casadekarma.com.au/natural-remedies-ebook
I also contributed to this Self-Love e-course
Self-love doesn’t require a strict pampering routine; nor does it mean that you’re selfish or arrogant. Put most simply, self-love is a regard for one’s own wellbeing and happiness.
In this 7 day e-course you will learn:

2. Why Meditation Is A Profound Act Of Self Love & How To Get Started
3. How To Transform Your Reality With Gratitude
4. Why What You Eat Impacts Your Happiness & How To Eat Yourself Happy
5. The Power Of Vulnerability In Your Healing Process
6. How To Tune Into Your Intuition For Inner Peace
7. How To Connect With Your Energy Centres & Balance Your Chakras
I contributed to this course along with Erin Williams, Empowerkin Kinesiology, The Nourishing Goddess, Amelia Harvey, Patty Kikos and Ashima Living
