A combination of healing and soothing herbs to help reduce pain and swelling, and to speed healing time.

Ingredients:

Organically grown and locally harvested Comfrey leaves, chamomile, calendula flowers and petals, rose petals, yarrow flowering tops and leaves.

Instructions:

Bring 1/2 cup or 40g-50g of herbs in 1L water to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes then allow to sit for 5 hours with the lid on.

Once brewed use within 12 hours or store in the fridge for up to 48 hours.

Top with a little hot water and pour into a sitz basin. For a larger bath more herbs will be required.
If wounds are not completely closed ensure you strain the blend before soaking in it.
Soak your affected areas in the sitz bath for 15 minutes.

This blend can also be used to wash other areas to support healing such as c-section scars or other injuries.

Packet contains 80g, enough for two baths.
