Christmas time is nearly here, can you believe it? Since the birth of Ash I’ve been making an effort to hold onto every minute (mindfulness) so that this time doesn’t slip away from me, but I still feel it’s gone quickly.

Simone Davis who is acting as my locum while I am on maternity leave will be taking a short break over the Christmas – New Year period, and during the rest of the school holidays will also be taking Fridays off so that she can spend more time with her family.

Naturopathy consults will be unavailable from the 24th December to 4th January.

After the New Year I will be offering a small amount of Skype consults to patients who would prefer this, if this is something that you are interested in send me an email at alison@naturopathnsw.com.au.
