If you are struggling to find the time to attend a scheduled consultation then email consults are the answer for you. This option still provides a high level of care.
What is involved in email consults?
- After purchasing the bundle, you will be emailed a comprehensive questionnaire and 2 day diet dairy to complete. If you have any standard test results from the last two years, or functional test results from the last five years, you can send these through at this time.
- After you have sent this back to our team, a naturopath will review your questionnaire and if needed, send clarifying questions. Once they feel they have sufficient information to begin making a treatment plan you will be sent an email to indicate the plan is being created. You can expect to receive your treatment plan within 3 working days.
- When the treatment plan is completed, it will be sent through to you along with resources to help with it’s implementation, such as recipes, further reading, and product recommendations/links to purchase products/remedies.
- You have the ability to ask clarifying questions in response to this, up to three emails over the timeframe of 4 weeks.
- A review questionnaire will be sent to you at some point within a three-month period, the time of which will be determined by a discussion between yourself and your practitioner (typically after a month). This will be to ascertain if changes need to be made to your treatment plan, and to help with further changes.
- After this your naturopath will send a follow-up treatment plan, which you again can ask clarifying questions.
- If needed, you can continue your health journey by purchasing an email consultation bundle (e.g. follow up consult mini-bundle.)
