Want some tips on keeping healthy this spring? I have a guest post on the blog over at Tonik Health this month.
SPRING INTO SPRING
If you ask someone what their favourite season is, it’s very likely that they’ll answer with ‘spring’. With the blooming of flowers and growing of leaves it’s colourful season, the temperature is warming up and most people are able to breathe easier now that the winter lurgies are disappearing – however for some people it’s not such as easy time. If spring isn’t a smooth ride for you, it may be worthwhile looking to some of the teachings from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda to learn how to adapt to the seasons.
In case you missed it, check out my previous article on adapting to the seasons here.
You can read the full article on keeping healthy during spring over at Tonik Health here.
I talk about how it is important to look after the liver during spring, how hayfever can be related to liver function from a traditional chinese medicine perspective, and how we should be adjusting our diet for this season.
